Participants and organisers should meet the following deadlines in 2009

5th January: Call for abstracts opens

21st January: Registration opens

15th May: Deadline for abstract submissions

19th June: Notification of abstract acceptance

3rd July: Participants informed of bursary awards

10th July: Expiration of early-bird registration fee

23rd August: Registration deadline

7th-9th September: SRE 2009
